During this event, the speakers and panelists will present German and Chinese statutory law and institutional rules as regards settlements in arbitration proceedings. In light of the importance of "Med-Arb" in China, they will discuss the roles and actions arbitrators may or should take in Germany and China to facilitate settlements during arbitration and look at best practices, techniques and conducts for arbitrators and counsel.
