The wealth of information to analyse prior to and throughout complex arbitrations is steadily growing and is increasingly difficult to handle. Reuben Miller (TransPerfect Legal Solutions) and Tim Rauschning (Luther) will therefore explore new approaches to efficiently comb through vast amounts of materials using AI and other advanced technologies and discuss legal prerequisites to apply such technologies and how to implement them (e.g. in Procedural Order No. 1).
